Do You supply bespoke hampers? Yes of course you can either create your own by clicking on the individual products including adding a basket, or you can email us if you want to order multiple orders or send hampers to different addresses

Can I place a Bulk order? Yes of course you can feel free to email us your order hello@wfhall.com Perfect for a Hotel, Conference, event or as an employee/ customer reward

How can I track my order? Every order has a Tracking number which can be used to check where your order is every step of the way

I have an Accomodation, Airbnb, Glamping, Hotel or other hospitality business? Perfect we specialise in helping you wow your guests we can deliver gifts or hampers at a set frequency, with bespoke messaging or for a particular event. We can deliver to multiple addresses at different frequencies or whatever works best for you. We offer bulk order discounts and can tailor a package to you. Our commercial team are here to help please get in touch at hello@wfhall.com

Do you do Bulk order discount? Yes we do, you automatically get 10% off when you spend over £60 & 15% off when you spend over £150

Can I order to multiple addresses? Yes, if you wish to place one order with multiple addresses please email us at hello@wfhall.com

What can you provide for my wedding / event? We will tailor a snack & drink experience to any event from a crisp cart to chocolate Tuck shop, guest gift or bespoke welcome snack. The Possibilities really are endless email us at hello@wfhall.com to find out how we can help. We can look after all your snack, drink and gift needs with no hassle.

Damaged or incorrect orders? If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect. We will refund or replace your order usually within 48 hours. All we ask is you contact us within 3 days of receipt

Can I add a message to my hamper? Some hampers come with an option of adding a message when you order or already have bespoke messages inside. For those that don't please feel free to send us an email or message and where we are able, we are happy to add in a note.

I've decided I don't want my hamper? No problem, we will refund your hamper minus postage/ any additional surcharges as long as you let us know within 5 days of receipt. Our courier will collect or arrange a suitable local collection point. Please note the items must be in the delivered condition.

I can't find what I'm looking for? If you have a special request or any query related to what we offer please feel free to email us on hello@wfhall.com and we will always aim to reply ASAP (Usually within 48 hours). No snack is too tasty & no event/ occasion is too large or small let us know how we can help :)
